Purpose
To support research or creative activity. Research and creative activities will be broadly interpreted; therefore, a wide range of activities can be supported. Faculty are encouraged to submit proposals for projects that have the potential to produce externally funded support.

- 01/30/2012 - The Associate Vice President for Research has approved the use of $60,000 to support the Faculty Scholarly and Creative Activity Grants Program. Grants of up to $2,000 per project will be awarded to support research or creative activity. Proposals are invited from all interested full time, non-visiting faculty. Faculty are encouraged to submit proposals for projects that have the potential to produce externally funded support. The awarded funds may be used for expenses associated with a particular research project or creative activity. The deadline for applications is 5:00 P.M. CST, Friday, March 9, 2012.
